1. A free public beta

ONE is in public beta and is free. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and limits apply to AI planning over any 24 hours. When you reach a limit, your tasks are kept and planning resumes within 24 hours; planning may also pause for everyone while the beta is at its overall capacity. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance; you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

We may end the beta or the service. Where possible we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

2. Who can use ONE

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. ONE is not currently offered in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or mainland China; by using ONE you confirm that you are not located in any of these regions. Nor is it offered in countries or regions where our service providers (including Google and our AI model provider) do not offer their services or that are subject to comprehensive sanctions. Each account is for one person; keep your sign-in details accurate and secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.

3. How ONE works, and your role

ONE prepares; you decide. Every external action — sending an email, creating or changing a calendar event — is shown to you in full and happens only after you approve that specific action. An approval covers only the exact content you saw and cannot be reused.

  • Review each action before approving it. You are responsible for the content you approve and for its consequences.
  • Connecting Gmail and Google Calendar is coming soon. Until then ONE only drafts: you send emails and add events yourself, and you are responsible for what you send. Once connected, emails ONE sends from your Gmail account carry a notice that an AI assistant sent them; do not remove or disguise it.
  • Only connect accounts and share information that you are entitled to use, and respect the privacy of the people you contact.
  • Keep a copy of anything important. ONE is not a backup or archive service.

4. AI output can be wrong

ONE uses AI models that can misunderstand you, omit things or produce inaccurate content. Its output is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. See How ONE uses AI.

5. No guarantee of real-world outcomes

ONE can follow up and check evidence, but it cannot make other people or organizations act. We do not guarantee that anyone replies, agrees, keeps an appointment or completes anything. A sent email or created event is not proof that it was delivered, read or accepted. When ONE cannot confirm a result, it tells you the outcome is unknown rather than repeating the action.

6. What you must not do

  • Send spam, bulk or unsolicited commercial email, or use ONE for cold outreach at volume.
  • Harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone, or hide that an AI assistant was involved.
  • Break the law, infringe others' rights, or help anyone else do so.
  • Use ONE to make decisions about other people's eligibility for jobs, credit, housing, insurance or similar.
  • Probe, overload or attack the service, get around limits or security, or access other people's data.
  • Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service except where the law allows it.

7. Google and other services

ONE works with services we do not control, including Google and our AI model provider. Their terms apply to your use of them, and they may change or stop their services. Once Google can be connected, you will be able to disconnect it at any time.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you bring into ONE. You allow us to store and process it only to provide ONE to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

9. Human assistance

You can allow a member of ONE's support staff to see a specific task for a limited time. You decide whether to allow it and for how long, and you remain responsible for actions you approve. Helpers cannot approve actions for you.

10. Suspension and deletion

You can stop using ONE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires; where appropriate we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data.

11. Disclaimers

ONE is a beta and is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that ONE will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or opportunities, and our total liability for any claim relating to ONE is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in its courts.

14. Changes to these terms

The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. We will tell you about material changes in the app before they take effect and ask you to accept the new version. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
