When it's time, ONE asks how it went: did they reply, is it settled? It counts as handled only once you confirm. When ONE can't tell, it says so.

Approval, one by one
Every external action needs its own approval. An approval covers only what you saw and can't be reused.
Done means proven
An action taken isn't a task finished. ONE checks the evidence and never repeats an action automatically when the result is unclear.
Private mode
Pause new reading and any action that hasn't started, at any time. Your records stay.
Export and delete
Export an encrypted backup or a readable file, or delete your account and data yourself, at any time.
Optional human help
A member of ONE's support staff can see a task only when you allow it, only that task, and only for the time you choose.
Public beta
Free while in public beta.
To keep the service stable, AI planning is limited over any 24 hours. When you reach the limit, your tasks are kept and planning resumes within 24 hours; planning may also pause for everyone while the beta is at its overall capacity. If we ever introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and you'll never be charged automatically.
ONE is for people aged 18 and over, and is not available in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or mainland China.

What can ONE help me with?
Things that need following through: arranging a time, chasing a reply, following up on an application, waiting for an answer. Tell it in one sentence: ONE first says what it takes "handled" to mean, then remembers the task, checks on schedule, asks you how it is going when the time comes, and drafts any email for you to send yourself. Email and calendar connections are coming soon; it also can't make phone calls or send text messages for you yet.
How is ONE different from an AI chat assistant?
ONE isn't an assistant to chat with. It's a personal intelligence that belongs to you: it follows what you hand it through to the end, tells you early about what may be coming, asks before acting on your behalf and checks the result against evidence. You choose its name.
Will ONE send emails on its own?
No. Email and calendar connections are coming soon; until then ONE only drafts emails, and you copy and send them yourself. Once connections open, every email will still be shown to you in full first and sent only after you approve that email.
Does ONE read all my email?
No. Email and calendar connections are coming soon, and ONE reads no email today. Once they open, you can choose a specific email to attach to a task. Background reading, such as watching for new replies, is optional and off by default. How ONE uses Google data
Is my data used to train AI?
ONE itself doesn't use your data to train models; it sends an AI model provider only what the current step needs, to produce the result. During the beta, however, ONE uses free model endpoints through OpenRouter: requests go only to providers that OpenRouter lists as not collecting data, but we have no contract with the model providers that forbids them from using your input to improve their models. What is Private mode?
When it's on, ONE pauses new reading and any action that hasn't started. Your records stay, and you can still view and export them. Requests already sent can't be recalled.
How do I export or delete my data?
In Settings → Privacy and data you can export an encrypted backup or a readable JSON file, or delete your account and data. If you can't sign in, see how to delete your account. How to delete your account

Can ONE make mistakes?
Yes. AI can misunderstand you or get details wrong, which is why every external action needs your approval and results are checked against evidence. When ONE can't confirm a result, it says the outcome is unknown instead of pretending it's done.
Where is ONE available?
The beta is not available in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or mainland China, and is for people aged 18 and over. ONE is available in English, Chinese and Japanese.
