Beta draft – pending legal review

Delete your ONE account

This is a draft for the public beta. It has not yet been reviewed by lawyers and may change in the final version.

You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.

Before you start: keep a copy

In Settings → Privacy and data you can download a readable JSON file ("Export my data") or save an encrypted backup ("Save an encrypted copy"; turn on Private mode first). Deleting your account does not delete files you have already downloaded.

Delete on the web

  • Sign in to ONE.
  • Open Settings → Privacy and data → Delete account and data.
  • Check the account email and what will be deleted, then continue. This step only prepares the deletion and is valid for 30 minutes.
  • Enter your current password and confirm.
  • Save the receipt. ONE signs you out everywhere, stops all work for the account and removes your data in the background. You can follow progress with the receipt for 30 days from the sign-in page ("Check deletion progress").

If you use a ONE mobile app, the steps are the same there: Settings → Privacy and data → Delete account and data.

If you cannot sign in

Forgot your password? Reset it and then delete your account as above. If that does not work, email goldrusher9009@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my ONE account". We will confirm that the request comes from the account owner, delete the account within 30 days, and let you know when it is done.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account, sessions and passkeys.
  • Your tasks, conversations, actions, approvals, account-linked decision and ledger records and mappings, saved AI planning records, evidence, timeline, ongoing follow-ups and usage records.
  • Imported Gmail and Calendar content, follow-up and index settings, and the Google connection tokens stored by ONE.

What is not deleted

  • A minimal record with no personal content (an opaque identifier, operation number, times, stage, counts and safe error codes), kept so old background jobs cannot re-create the account.
  • Signed aggregate integrity anchors and cryptographic hashes used to check that earlier action records were not altered. They contain no email address or message content, and the account-to-hash mappings are deleted. These hashes and signatures do not expire automatically when an account is deleted. Someone who already holds your exported proof may be able to associate it with a retained hash.
  • Backups made before deletion, including planning records, until removed under the applicable retention policy. The service's backup retention period is 7 days.
  • Emails already sent, events already created, and anything held by Google or other services. ONE asks Google to revoke its access when the deletion is accepted; if ONE still appears in Google account permissions, remove it there.
  • Files you downloaded, such as exports and backups.

More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
